If you are accessing the KTLearn mobile software or downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that these Terms will apply to such updates, there may be additional terms (such as mobile app stores like Google play store) which will govern the use of the mobile application. These additional terms to the extent applicable are hereby deemed to be incorporated in these Terms of Use by way of reference.
Our Courses
Currently KTLearn is only providing classroom training in Bangalore. We are not providing any online trainings. We offers DevOps, Linux System administrator, Linux Server Administrator, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Ansible & Python Programming Language trainings. We are only providing Certificate of Completion of Training, we are not the authorized training partner. Our trainers are currently working on MNC companies and have more than 11plus years of realtime experience. KTLearn reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any course or to modify any course content or the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, or other assessment. We may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware or study materials.
Password and Security
KTLearn.com requires You to register as a User (If you are going to started classroom training) by creating an Account in order to avail of the Services provided by our Website. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. Please do not share your username and password to any one. If you found any unauthorized use of Your Account Information or any other breach of security, then immediately notify to us and ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each session. KTLearn.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this Section. The Website also allows restricted access to the Services for unregistered Users. You shall ensure that the account Information provided by You in the Website's registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Use of another user's Account Information for availing the Services is expressly prohibited. To use our website user have to be at least 18 years age or older, If you are under 18 You may not access or use the Site or our Services. If you are a registered user then you have to accept all of the terms of use and privacy policy. To access or use our services you must have a valid account with us.

KTLearn website may have links to other websites over the internet. We do not have any control on the content of those websites; nor are we responsible for their website content. The sole purpose of the links included are to provide users information. Hence, KTLearn will not be responsible for that.
Do not link or try to link your site to our KTLearn sites, KTLearn do not try to link pages and subpages with spam , which could provide a bad impression. This may create misunderstanding or msleading for out users. We don not link our pages to which support illegal activities, pron content, terrorism, violate human, animal rights, racism.
Pricing Disclaimer
All prices and offers of KTlearn website are subject to change without notice. These fees and payments are only we are charging for classroom training purposes only. We are not providing any certifications. We always trying to provide the accurate data or information in our sites. But in some cases you may find price and informaton are mentioned incorrectly due to human or technical errors. Based on market condition KTLearn reserves the right to change prices for all training courses.
Payment Methods and Taxes
KTLearn provides free classroom devops, Linux, Python training demos. For the demo classes we are not charging anytypes of fees.
Currently we are only accepting cash only mode payment method. Soon we are upgrading our systems to accept the payments from online systems through credit cards, debit card, DD, Bank Accounts and other payment wallets.
As we providing classroom training at Bangalore Location (Karnataka, India). So State or Indian government taxes law will be applicable on your training fees or payment. And KTLearn will be deducted from students fees. It is mandatory student should collect the tax or payment receipt from KTLearn. If you missed of forget to collect your receipt you can contact our helpdesk.
Refund Policy
Thank you for buying our classroom training courses. The Participant(s) (the person who has registered for this classroom training) need to submit a written cancellation request through email or by visit physically at least seven calendar days prior to the start date of the classes. In this case user will get 100% refund amount.
If we are processing your refund via online, some of the transaction amount or government tax may be deducted.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by KTLearn.

Rescheduling policy
Participants or Student can request us, either via visit to our training center or e-mail or via contact us via mobile number before two calendar days prior to the classroom training for rescheduling.
If user is unable to schedule the training based on their flexible time table, user can attend any future class and the price is valid for a period of one year. Still user is unable to attend the classroom training within one year of time then we are unable to refund the amount.
Claims of Intellectual Property Violations
If you found that your work has been used by us without your permission in a way which prompts for copyright infringement, please provide us the below information and we will take action on it. The authorized person who will act on behalf of the owner of the copyright, should send a digital or physical signature. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim to be infringing your IP. The details of the material that you claim is infringing, is found on our website, with enough detail that we may found it on the KTLearn.com. Contact details of complaining party such as an address, telephone number, and email ID. The information which you provided is accurate and your claim of the copyright or intellectual property is on your owner's behalf of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
